Wine Scanner AI is designed to answer a simple question quickly: “What wine is this?” The app is built around that single moment. We do not create social profiles, we do not enable user-to-user messaging, and we do not operate a marketplace for personal data.
What we collect
We do not collect personal identity data such as your name, private messages, personal photos outside scanning flow, or phone contacts.
Technical identifiers may be processed for product operation:
- Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers used for analytics attribution and app diagnostics.
- Push token and related delivery metadata used by OneSignal to deliver notifications.
- Attribution and campaign performance events handled by Singular.
AI-generated answers
Some informational responses in the app are generated with text AI technologies. The purpose is to provide understandable wine insights. Outputs are informational and may occasionally contain imperfect or generalized wording.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run person-to-person data exchange inside the product.
- We do not request unnecessary personal profile fields to use core features.
Third-party services
The app uses third-party providers strictly for infrastructure tasks:
- Singular for measurement and attribution.
- OneSignal for push notification routing.
Data retention
We keep technical data only as long as reasonably needed for service quality, reliability, and legal compliance obligations.
Children
The app is not intended for children under the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction.
